As an adoptive mama, she knows how disconnecting and hard life can be at times. Her passion is to help people feel connected and find a spark of hope again, drawing on principles from attachment theory, humanistic psychology, and trauma-informed practices to guide her. She firmly believes that we all have what is necessary to thrive in life, we just sometimes need support and someone to remind us of who we are.

She has a particular focus on working with 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients and has experience helping individuals in these communities overcome a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, parenting issues, insomnia, and relationship conflicts.
