As an adoptive mama, she knows how disconnecting and hard life can be at times. Her passion is to help people feel connected and find a spark of hope again, drawing on principles from attachment theory, humanistic psychology, and trauma-informed practices to guide her. She firmly believes that we all have what is necessary to thrive in life, we just sometimes need support and someone to remind us of who we are.

Victoria is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Victoria specializes in providing online counselling for adults and couples. She has a particular focus on working with 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients and has experience helping individuals in these communities overcome a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, parenting issues, insomnia, and relationship conflicts. Victoria’s therapeutic approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioural therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. She works with adults, youth, children, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic stress/burnout, identity exploration, and neurodiversity. With a background in education, crisis response, and supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, Lindsey brings a deep understanding of the varying needs and abilities of her clients. Melanie Ferster is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space for personal growth and healing. Her passion lies in supporting individuals and families using the principles of humanistic psychology and attachment theory to guide her work. As a person-centred counsellor, she helps individuals uncover their inner strengths and develop the tools needed to navigate life with confidence and clarity.

Melanie provides counseling services for children, youth, adults and couples dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, parenting, and trauma. She uses various therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), The Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative therapy.

My practice draws on a range of modalities, including EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, art therapy, and narrative therapy. My approach is grounded in attachment and person-centered theories, where acceptance, unconditional positive regard, and empathy are core components of the therapeutic relationship.
